Deadline Jan 31, 2008 Florida Prepaid College Plan Enrollment Print E-mail
Written by Liz

College costs keep rising but getting into a Florida prepaid college tuition plan can ensure you'll be able to provide a college education for your child while paying low and affordable rates now (depending on age of child when you enroll- the older they are, the more your monthly payment into the plan will be since there will be less years left until they graduate from high school and would be college bound). Each year there is a window of opportunity to enroll in the Florida prepaid college plan (plans can cover tuition and also housing/dorm room if you want to include that) and NOW is the time when you can still enroll during this open enrollment period-- only through the end of the month- January 31st! So if you want to find out more about this or enroll, visit http://www.florida529plans.com  Our son is about to graduate with a bachelor's degree in the Spring and it's going to be so great for him to do so without having to face any financial burdens of repaying back student loans because we had invested in a tuition only prepaid college plan for him and he also had gotten some scholarships. If you have minor children, the Florida prepaid college plan is definitely something for you to consider getting. If you miss the Jan. 31 deadline, just wait and enroll during a future enrollment period which usually runs from October 15 through January 31.

Oct 24, 2007 - Beautiful! The Space Shuttle Discovery soared into space following a spectacular lift-off blaze.

The second female astronaut was on board as the mission headed towards the space station for more work than any other shuttle mission had attempted. Two thumbs up crew!
